Gladwell and Nomfundo meet up and he has some good news for her. He has organised a professional recording session for her. Bra Thaps notices that Gladwell has been tired all the time recently and suggests he see a doctor, but Gladwell says he's fine. We are introduced to the Zulu family; Mam' Zulu who is struggling to find job and her daughter Zama. Nomfundo tells Gladwell that they can have a mutually beneficial relationship.

Brothers for Life is a social and well-being movement aimed at mobilising men to take responsibility for their own health.
