He discloses his status to Thaps who reveals that he has been HIV + for 15 years, and that his wife and children are negative. Bra Thaps explains treatment and viral suppression and that he can fetch his pills easily at Phila Collect. He encourages Gladwell to initiate treatment immediately. We learn that Zama is in clinic and is pregnant.
